GENERAL CONTEST RULES

No purchase is necessary to participate in any WWBN contest. Contestants grant WWBN the right to publicize and/or broadcast their name, character likeness, voice and the fact that he/she has participated in and/or won a contest without additional compensation.  WWBN assumes no responsibility for telephone malfunctions that may occur during the execution of any contest.  The technology required to make WWBN available via the internet may result in online broadcast delays. WWBN assumes no responsibility for any difficulties that may result.  Winners assume responsibility for all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. Winner may be required to provide their social security number for tax purposes. Refusal to provide a social security number may result in forfeiture of the prize.   Prizes are non transferable and may not be exchanged.  Winners must provide valid picture identification to claim all prizes  Unless otherwise indicated – all prizes must be claimed at the WWBN studios within 30 days of wining. Unless otherwise indicated all prizes must be picked up during normal business hours.  Contests requiring a winner to be a certain numbered caller have a 30-day winner-waiting period. The winner and members of their household may not win that contest for 30-days. During a winner-waiting period a winner and members of their household may participate in other WWBN contests so long as they are not in a winner-waiting period for that contest as well.  All personal information collected by WWBN for the purpose of awarding and tracking a prize will be kept confidential and will not be given to a third party.  Some prizes may require the winner be of a certain age.  Employees of WWBN, Regent Communications, any other broadcasting company, specific contest sponsors and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win any contests on WWBN.  WWBN may at its discretion disqualify a contestant if contest rules are not followed  WWBN reserves the right to change rules or discontinue a contest without prior notice.  All decisions by WWBN during the course of a contest are final.  All winners must live or worth within the WWBN broadcast area as determined by WWBN.  WWBN reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or lesser value.  Prize winner waives and releases Regent Broadcasting and contest sponsors and their agents from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained, directly or indirectly as a result of receipt, use or ownership of any part of a prize
